The PrimeCap Team
Michael is the Managing Partner of PrimeCap (a Subsidiary of Prime Companies) and a partner at Prime. He joined Prime in 2012 and has over ten years of commercial real estate finance experience. In addition to his role as the leader of the financing team, he is responsible for originating and executing financing assignments, including permanent, bridge, construction, acquisition, and refinancing solutions, as well as joint venture equity transactions.
Tim has over a decade of experience in financial analysis, property & asset management, leasing and operations. Professionally trained in all major underwriting software and has experience underwriting all asset classes including but not limited to: Multifamily, Office, Retail, Hospitality, Self-Storage.
